We all live with uncertainty and it can be a struggle to manage our stress and anxiety. You may be recently diagnosed, living with illness or pain, or be transitioning to end of life. I work with adults and children using such modalities as mindfulness, meditation, talk therapy, art therapy, yoga and reiki. I have seen countless times how these practices and tools can profoundly change lives. We can develop a clarity and perspective that help us to manage our lives and our wellbeing.

I work with you (or your child) developing a personal program to begin looking at the challenges being experienced. We unpack the issues, utilising a number of modalities such as techniques to relieve stress and anxiety, developing your own mindfulness and meditation practice, art therapy, talk therapy. We work together to optimize wellbeing in your life.

Schools

Children are under a lot of pressure and we need to teach them now to manage their stress and emotions. I run numerous professional development workshops for teachers including stress relief and self care or in-class programing to help empower children to develop these skills.
